The San Damiano cross is the large Romanesque cross that St. Francis of Assisi was praying before when God gave him the quest to rebuild the Church. The original cross was made around the year 1100 by an unknown painter, and it now hangs in the Basilica of Saint Clare in Assisi, Italy. This is a detailed reproduction of this cross by Joseph's Studios. This cross measures 17.75 inches high, and comes packed in a box.
